“The facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of parking and well located. I was given a handicap room and it is was very dark with false windows and frosted glass and dim light behind the glass. There was 1 lamp and bed lights, but that was not sufficient to provide adequate light for this room. The TV remote did not work, they replaced it but then the TV would not turn off, it had to be unplugged. The bathroom was awkward, no vanity and the toilet paper roll would not stay in the holder.……

“Unclean. Thought I was getting a one bedroom suite, there is only one room with a foldout. Breakfast is awful, tasteless eggs, stale fruit, leave juice out for hours so it doesn't stay cold. Constant problems with room key. Stay away.”

“The free breakfast was very good & the gent caring for it was pleasant and helpful. A simple tablet & pen on the desk in the room would have been appreciated for making some notes. The desk clerk said all we had to do was ask. The alarm clock was stuck at 8:20 and could not be reset. The simple to maintain air filters for the room air-conditioner were very dirty. The shower had plenty of hot water, soaps and towels and was appreciated. Many fast-food franchises were within easy walking……

The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“This place was the perfect stay for our friend’s wedding at the Hope Lake Lodge! Excellent location! It’s exactly as the pictures show. The pull out bed was great for our stay, but as I near a half century, I’m not sure I could stay more than 2-3 nights on the bed. Host was amazing. Excellent communication, extremely kind and understanding. This is the only place I’d stay when I return to Greek Peak!”

“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……
